ハッシュ計算の状態を表します。

解説

このフィールドは、ハッシュ演算時に、キー付きハッシュ アルゴリズムのキーをユーザーが変更しないようにするために使用します。このフィールドの値は、キーの変更が許可されている場合、ハッシュ演算の前後で 0 です。それ以外の場合は 0 以外の値です。
