discardPersonelNumberDuplicates

Description

Discards the duplicate values of the PersonnelNumber field in the HcmWorker table. Keeps the unique value of the PersonnelNumber field and attaches the value of the dataAreaId field in the DEL_EmplTable table to each duplicate.
