Process Inquiries and Quotes
Contacts, potential customers, or existing customers may submit a request for quote either due to the nature of the product, because they have not traded with your company before, or because they wish to negotiate a better price. In this case, you can use a sales quote document that is flexible in that it requires a customer template code instead of existing customer account information, and it can be transformed into a sales order or archived for future transactions with that business partner.
