How to: Insert Pictures in Fixed Assets

If you have a digital picture of a fixed asset, a file in .bmp format, you can insert it on the fixed asset card.

To insert pictures

In the Search box, enter Fixed Assets, and then choose the related link.
Select the relevant fixed asset. On the Navigate tab, in the Fixed Asset group, choose Picture. The Fixed Asset Picture window appears.
Right-click on the Picture field and choose Select Picture. An Open dialog box appears.
Select a picture file and choose the Open button to import the picture.
