Aged Accounts Receivable Report

Shows the aging of receivable accounts. The program calculates aging from the due date, posting date or document date depending on your choice on the Options tab. You must specify the date you want aging calculated from and the length of the period each column will contain data for. If you leave the Print Amounts in LCY field blank, the report will summarize receivables per currency code at the bottom of the report.

Options

Aged as of: Enter the date that you want the aging calculated for.

Aging by: Select whether the aging will be calculated from the due date, posting date or document date.

Period Length: Specify the length of each of the three periods, for example, enter "1M" for one month.

Print Amounts in LCY: Place a check mark in this field if you want the report to specify the aging per customer ledger entry.

Print Details: Place a check mark in this field if you want the report to show the detailed entries that add up the total balance for each customer.

Heading Type: Select whether the column heading for the three periods will indicate a date interval or the number of days overdue.

New Page per Customer: If you have chosen two or more customers to be included in the report, enter a check mark to print each customer balance on a separate page.
