Code Field, Reason Code Table
Specifies a reason code to attach to the entry. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.
Use codes that are easy to remember and descriptive.
The code must be unique - you cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many codes as you like.
