Combination Restriction Field, Dimension Combination Table
Specifies the way a dimension combination can be used by selecting a combination restriction in the field where the two dimensions intersect in the matrix window.
The following table describes the options.

The dimension combination is always allowed on entries. |
Limited |
The dimension combination is only allowed in certain circumstances, depending on which dimension values you select when creating an entry. For example, the dimension combination Department/Area may only be used when the Department dimension value is Sales. |
Blocked |
The dimension combination is excluded from use on entries. |
If you choose Limited, you must define which dimension value combinations are blocked from use in the Dimension Value Combination window, which can be accessed by choosing the field.
