共存の問題

複数の製品が共存する環境で発生する問題を以下に示します。Office Communications Server 2007 R2 の移行と展開の計画を作成する場合はこれらの問題を考慮する必要があります。

• Office Communications Server 2007 R2 エッジ サーバーと内部の Office Communications Server 2007 のサーバーは通信できません。
• Office Communications Server 2007 R2 ではバックエンド データベース スキーマが変更されているため、それぞれの Office Communications Server 2007 R2 エンタープライズ プールに対して新しい SQL Server インスタンスが必要になります。既存のバックエンド サーバーで Office Communications Server 2007 R2 のバックエンド データベースをホストすることはできますが、複数のデータベースが共存する環境ではパフォーマンスが低下することがあります。
• 外部音声コントロール (通話コントロール サーバー (CCS)) には、Office Communications Server 2007 R2 の仲介サーバーが必要です。
• Office Communications Server 2007 R2 の監視サーバーと Office Communications Server 2007 R2 のアーカイブ サーバーの場合、Office Communications Server 2007 上でホストされている会話からのデータは収集されません。同様に、Office Communications Server 2007 の QoE 監視サーバーと Office Communications Server 2007 のアーカイブ/CDR サーバーの場合も、Office Communications Server 2007 R2 上でホストされている会話からのデータは収集されません。QoE の監視、アーカイブ、通話の記録をサポートするには、Office Communications Server 2007 のプールが廃止されるまで、既存の QoE 監視サーバー、アーカイブ/CDR サーバーを使用可能な状態にしておく必要があります。

既に説明したように、Office Communications Server 2007 R2 の監視サーバーは Office Communications Server 2007 上でホストされているトラフィックからのデータは収集しませんが、エンタープライズ VoIP の共存環境の場合は、Office Communications Server 2007 の仲介サーバーを監視サーバーの 2007 R2 リリースに関連付けなければならないことがあります。この場合、Office Communications Server 2007 R2 のスナップインがインストールされているコンピュータにスクリプト Associate.vbs をダウンロードして実行する必要があります。このスクリプトとスクリプトの使用方法は、「Associate Office Communication Server 2007 or Office Communication Server 2007 R2 Mediation Server with Office Communication Server 2007 R2 Pool (Office Communication Server 2007 または Office Communication Server 2007 R2 の仲介サーバーを Office Communication Server 2007 R2 のプールに関連付ける)」からダウンロードできます。
