識別子で指定した Account です。

例外の種類	条件
ArgumentNullException	accountType に null 参照 (Visual Basic では Nothing) が設定されています。
ItemNotFoundException	accountType がコレクションに存在しません。

この型の public static (Microsoft Visual Basic では共有 ) メンバは、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
