パッケージ XML に格納されているコンポーネントのバージョンがコンピューターのコンポーネントのバージョンより古い場合、PerformUpgrade メソッドが呼び出され、アップグレードする機能をコンポーネントに提供します。

スレッド セーフ

この型の public static (Visual Basic では Shared) のメンバーはすべて、スレッド セーフです。インスタンス メンバーの場合は、スレッド セーフであるとは限りません。
