RegistrationAttribute.Unregister Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Removes registration information about a VSPackage when called by an external registration tool such as regpkg.exe. For more information, see How to: Register Managed VSPackages. Any class deriving from the RegistrationAttribute class must implement this method.

Parameters

• context
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.RegistrationAttribute.RegistrationContext

  A registration context provided by an external registration tool. The context can be used to remove registry keys, log registration activity, and obtain information about the component being registered.

Permissions

• Full trust for the immediate caller. This member cannot be used by partially trusted code. For more information, see Using Libraries from Partially Trusted Code.
