The type of the model element to which this property is bound.
Remarks
If the owner parameter was specified in the constructor for this property descriptor, then the GetType method of the owner provides the type. Otherwise, the type of the ModelElement property of this descriptor is used. If this descriptor is not bound to a model element, then the ModelElement type is returned.
