Gets the evaluated value of the given metadata for this item.

Parameters
name
Type: System.StringThe name of the metadata whose value is retrieved.
Return Value
Type: Microsoft.Build.Evaluation.ProjectMetadata
Gets the evaluated value of the given metadata for this item. Returns null if no metadata exists with the given name.
Remarks
May include metadata from an item definition. Does not include built-in metadata, such as "FullPath".
