Determines whether a process can be terminated.
Syntax

IDebugProcess2* pPortProcess
);

Parameters
pPortProcess
[in] An IDebugProcess2 object representing the process to be terminated.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if the process can be terminated; otherwise, returns S_FALSE.
