MSB8057: 'C++ Clang tools for Windows (13.0.1 - x64/x86)' component is not installed in Visual Studio. Open the 'Visual Studio Installer' and install 'C++ Clang tools for Windows (13.0.1 - x64/x86)' under the 'Desktop development with C++' workload.

This error occurs when you specify a C++ Clang project but the Clang tools for Windows aren't installed. For more information and installation instructions, see Clang/LLVM support in Visual Studio projects.
