FPCUpdateService object

The FPCUpdateService object represents the update service for a single protection technology.

An FPCUpdateService object can be referenced through the FPCRef object held in the UpdateService property of the FPCServiceUpdatesState object.

The FPCUpdateService object is an element of an FPCUpdateServices collection.

Inheritance

This object inherits from the FPCPersist object, which contains methods and properties related to the persistent storage of an object's data. They include methods for exporting an object's data to and importing it from XML documents.

License	Read-only	Gets an FPCRef object that references the FPCLicense object which contains the licensing information for obtaining updates for the service.
Name	Read/write	Gets or sets the name of the service.
UpdateAction	Read/write	Gets or sets a value from the FpcUpdateAction enumerated type that specifies the actions that will be performed when Forefront TMG checks for updates.
