ISpSRAlternates2::CommitText is used when an application commits particular text.

Parameters

ulStartElement
The starting element to consider.
cElements
The number of elements to consider.

The corrected text that is to be committed.
eCommitFlags
One or more values from the SPCOMMITFLAGS enumeration.
