Interval Element (Instruction Response) (Windows CE 5.0)
This element exists within the Recurrence element, and it defines how often the device downloads and executes the package, or only executes the package.
The format for this element is "<4 digit year>-<2 digit month>-<2 digit day> <hours>:<minutes>:<seconds>".
