A MouseWheelEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
The OnMouseWheel method is called before any event handler for the MouseWheel event is called. This method enables derived classes to handle the MouseWheel event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
