uri
Type: System.Uri
The uniform resource identifier (URI) for the content that is being navigated to.

mode
Type: System.Windows.Navigation.NavigationMode
A value that indicates the type of navigation that is occurring.

The uri and mode parameters initialize the Uri and NavigationMode properties.
