SSL 接続をリッスンする IP アドレスの登録に使用する IP リッスン リストを指定します。
HttpServiceConfigSSLCertInfo
SSL 証明書ストアを指定します。

メモ HTTP Server API で SSL が有効になっている場合、クライアント アプリケーションが TLS を指定するときに、SSL の代わりに TLS 1.0 を使用できます。
