IMFVideoProcessorControl2::GetSupportedHardwareEffects 現在構成されているビデオプロセッサでサポートされている効果の一覧を返します。
IMFVideoProcessorControl2::SetRotationOverride ビデオプロセッサで実行される回転操作をオーバーライドします。
