Print Finnish Intrastat Reports
Companies in the European Union (EU) must report the extent of their trade with other EU countries/regions according to specific rules. You must report the movement of goods to the Intrastat authorities in their respective countries/regions.
The completed entries can be sent in a file to the Intrastat authorities, or you can print a report and manually enter the information on the forms from the Intrastat authorities.

In the 2022 release wave 2, Business Central had a redesigned Intrastat experience with enhanced features. Learn more about new Intrastat experince at the Set Up Intrastat Reporting article. This article describes the previous functionality and it can only be used if you haven't upgraded your Business Central and are using some old versions.
The new Intrastat feature will be enabled automatically as of the 2024 wave 2 release while the old Intrastat feature will be deprecated.
To print a Finnish Intrastat report
- Choose the
icon, enter Intrastat Journal, and then choose the related link. - Enter the batch name for the Intrastat report.
- Choose the Print action, and then choose the Checklist Report action.
- Choose the Print action.
