-> 이전에 몇몇 프로그램이 문제를 발생시킨 사례가 있었으니 반드시 다시 확인해 주셔야 합니다.

또한 특정 파일 문제인지 여부와 안전 모드에서 정상적이라면, 타사 프로그램/서식 파일과 충돌 가능성이 높습니다.

저는 엑셀 2013에서 셀 복사하기 하면 그 후로 응답속도가 함흥차사님처럼 느껴집니다.(워드 2013은 이상없음)

excel.exe /safe로 하면 정상인데,

그래픽 가속 기능 문제로 보기에는 무리가 있어 보입니다.

(가상윈도우를 사용중인데, 엑셀 2010을 사용하는 컴퓨터와 가상윈도우 설정이 동일한데 2010은 이상 없다고 함)
