Azure Managed Grafana Plugins
Recently, I've been exploring cloud monitoring services to integrate into our workflow, and I've experimented with Azure services. During my exploration, I noticed that Azure's Managed Grafana has a Plugin Management page, offering around 10 plugins (such as Opensearch, Zabbix, csv, etc.).
Unlike AWS's Managed Grafana, which allows users to freely install plugins, it seems that in Azure, apart from the core plugins installed with Grafana (such as Prometheus, etc.), users are restricted to installing only the plugins provided on the management page. I'm curious to know if there's a specific reason for this restriction on allowing users to freely install plugins. Additionally, I'm wondering if there are any plans to enable users to install plugins from a wider catalog, similar to AWS, in the future. Furthermore, regarding the plugins provided in Azure Managed Grafana, I'm curious whether these plugins are selected based on their popularity and usage, or if there are other considerations such as service partnerships involved. It would also be interesting to know if there are any plans to introduce additional plugins that users can install in Azure Managed Grafana in the future. I would greatly appreciate any insights you can provide on these matters. Thank you for your attention to this inquiry.
