Microsoft BizTalk 2020 FTP receive adapter issue

Hi

We are receiving files through the BizTalk 2020 FTP receive adapter.

Below is the log generated by the BizTalk 2020 FTP receive adapter.

The size of the M5F41213 file was reported to be 258 bytes.

However, the actual received file size is 0 bytes.

That is, there is no content.

This doesn't happen often, but what kind of problem is this?

The original file is gone and cannot be retrieved.

How can I solve this problem?
