Student want to use Azure Face API

Hello.
First of all, I am a final year student at university. I want to create an interaction that shows graphic art by recognizing facial expressions for my graduation project.
I check the form that certificate to use Face API. That form need the company/organization information. But i just have my university student account.
I am looking forward to using Azure Face API for my graduation project.
Is there any way that i use Face API or can only companies/organizations use it?
