Mobile team chat history is automatically deleted

Deleted on an hourly basis, not after a month

Check for app updates:

Delete caches and data:

Android: "Settings" > "Apps" > "Microsoft Teams" > "Storage" > "Clear Data" and "Cash"

Reinstall:

Please delete the Teams app and try reinstalling it. This can help if there is something wrong with the app.

Verify network connectivity:
