I accidentally change the only user to internal type and now I cannot access Entra ID

Question

I accidentally change the only user to internal type and now I cannot access Entra ID.

How can I access my tenant again?

When try to aceess Microsoft Entra ID page, the below error showing

: It says the account has tobe add as a external user.

but I cannot access any settings menu and I cannot change my own settings!!!!
