어떤 문제해결을 위해서 윈도우 업데이트를 했는데 윈도우업데이트를 끝낸후에도 다시 원레대로 돌아옵니다.

이런식으로 나와서

말그대로 윈도우업데이트를 했는데  업데이트를 끝낸후에도 문제가 계속되어서 보니 업데이트가 다시 않되어있습니다.

몇차레나 반복해도 업데이트가 되지않습니다.

가능하다면 원격제어를 통해 문제상황을 직접 확인 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다..
