이벤트뷰어로 이상황을 판단 할수있나요??

제가 아이리버 플러스 4 라는 프로그램을 하드에 설치햇는데 이게 이전에 설치 되있었는지 제거를 먼저 실행하더군요 그후 그 설치한 폴더에 있는파일이 모두 사라졌습니다 물론 휴지통에도 없구요 그래서 이쪽 상담원이랑 통화했더니 자꾸윈도우 탓으로 돌리네요;; 그래서 그후에 위 상황을 2번정도 재현해보니 역시 그폴더에 있는 파일은 모두 사라집니다 그다음에 이벤트 뷰어로 확인 한것을 밑에 복사해놨습니다... 이걸로 윈도우 때문이 아니라는걸 증명 할수 있을까요??

아그리고 분명 제거 누른후 파일이 사라진후 취소를 눌럿는데 제거가 성공?? 이라고 뷰어상으로는 뜨네요;;
