Windows 로고 키 + R 키 를 누른 후 실행창이 열리면 services.msc 를 입력하고 확인을 누릅니다.
서비스 창에서 아래의 서비스 항목들을 각각 더블 클릭하여 중지 버튼을 눌러 서비스 상태를 중지 하고, 적용 및 확인을 누릅니다.

Windows Updates 3. C:\Windows로 이동하여 SoftwareDistribution폴더를 삭제합니다. 4. C:\Windows\System32로 이동하여 Catroot2 폴더를 삭제합니다. 5. 서비스 창에서 중지한 서비스 세 가지를 더블 클릭 후, 각각 시작 버튼을 눌러 서비스를 시작 합니다.

아래 링크를 클릭하여, 현재 시스템과 일치하는 업데이트 준비 도구를 설치합니다.

작업 방법 4. Windows 업데이트 최신화 및 확인

[시작 - 제어판 - 시스템 및 보안 - Windows Update] 로 이동합니다.
좌측의 업데이트 확인을 클릭하여, 설치할 Windows 업데이트를 확인합니다.
이 후 Windows 업데이트를 진행 후 Windows 가 최신화되면 PC를 재 시작합니다.
1~2번의 방법을 다시 진행 후 더이상 설치할 업데이트가 없는 것이 확인되면, 좌측의 업데이트 기록보기를 클릭합니다.
실패된 업데이트나 동일한 업데이트가 반복해서 설치된 기록이 있는지 확인하여 있다면, 해당 업데이트 번호를 더블 클릭합니다.
클릭 후 메시지 창이 나타나면 해당 메시지 창의 오류코드를 확인합니다.
