윈도우 업데이트는 안되니까 업데이트는 계속뜨는데 업데이트는 계속 실패한다고만 떠요...이거 왜이런거에요?

Windows 업데이트 시 업데이트를 완료할 수 없다라는 메시지가 발생한 증상으로 문의 주셨습니다. 

업데이트가 실패되는 원인은 다양합니다. 업데이트 기록에서 실패되는 업데이트를 더블 클릭 시 확인되는 상세 창에 오류코드를 확인하여 알려주시면 답변 드리는데 도움이 됩니다. 

우선 아래와 같이 기본점검을 진행해 보시기 바랍니다.  

작업 방법 1. 업데이트 임시 저장소 제거
