문의주신 내용의 경우, 이 문제는 MSI 소프트웨어 업데이트 등록이 손상되었거나 컴퓨터의 .NET Framework 설치가 손상된 경우에 발생할 수 있습니다.

작업 방법 1) .Net Framework 복구

1. 시작-제어판- 프로그램 및 기능에서Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client Profile항목을 선택 후,제거/변경을 누릅니다.
2. 이어 나타나는 마법사에서 원래 상태로 .Net Framework 4 Client Profile복구를 선택하고 다음을 누릅니다.

※ 복구가 실패되는 경우 이 컴퓨터에서 .Net Framework 4 Client Profile 제거를 선택하여 제거를 진행합니다.

정상적으로 제거가 진행되지 않는 경우 아래의 작업을 계속합니다.

작업 방법 2) Cleanup Tool을 이용해 .NET Framework제거
