(안전모드에서 program files 폴더에 들어갔을때와, 안전모드가 아닌 상태에서 program files에 들어갔을 때 사진을 첨부합니다.)

안전모드가 아닐때는 폴더가 공유되지 않는 반면에, 안전모드로 program files 폴더에 들어가면 '공유됨'이라고 뜹니다.

저만 그런건가요? 보안의심을 해 볼 필요가 있나요?

While the folder is not shared when it is not in safe mode, it is referred to as 'shared' when entering the program files folder in safe mode.

아 저만 그런건가요? 원래 program files 폴더는 공유가 안되는게 맞는 건가요?

뭔가 좀 이상한듯 싶습니다. 별도의 조치방법이 없기에 데이터를 백업하신 후 Windows 를 완전히 초기화 하시는 것을 권합니다.
