한 USB 포트가 외장하드는 인식하는데 키보드/마우스/스피커/스마트폰 등 외부장치를 인식하지 못합니다.

안녕하세요?

한 USB Port (우측편 아래 포트)가 키보드/마우스 등의 장치 인식을 못합니다. 

문제는, 해당 Port에서 외장하드 등의 저장장치는 인식을 합니다.

또한 키보드를 꽂을 경우 키보드 백라이트는 불이 들어오면서 전원은 공급되지만 작동이 되지않습니다.

장치관리자 내부로 들어가서 볼 경우 해당 Port로 꽂을 경우 USB Composite Device 가 뜨지도 않습니다.

[범용 직렬 버스 컨트롤러] 하위 목록을 전체 제거하여 재부팅도 해보았지만 동일한 문제가 발생됩니다.

어떻게 해야 해결할 수 있을까요?

현재 이 Port를 제외한 다른 Port들은 모두 정상작동을 합니다.

Hi~

One of USB ports in my laptop has not worked correctly. It doesn't recognize and activate the connected keyboard, mouse or any other device except for the external hard disc. 

Interestingly, it seems this port can supply tiny electric power because it makes my keyborad's backlight turn on.

I already tried to delete all the bus controllers in Device Management and reboot but still same issue happens.

How can I fix this problem?

Every port except for this is working well.

Please give me an advice.

Based on your answer, it seems that Window 10 has a variety of versions, but the one I only know about the version of my computer, it's "Window 10 Home". If my answer is not enough for you to understand, I wish you to let me know the specific way to check the correct version that you are looking for. Regarding your second question, total 4 USB ports has been in my laptop and I think the forth one is in trouble. I'm sorry that I don't know what "SS" in parenthesis means I also would be appreciated if you explain to me how I check the SS on USB port.

Yes, all 3 other ports make the keyboard run correctly.
