windows defender 켜기

windows defender가 꺼져있어서 켜고 싶은데 아래와 같이 it관리자가 이 앱의 일부 영역에 대한 액세스를 제한하여 액세스하려는 항목을 사용할 수 없습니다. 라는 말과 다른 바이러스 백신 공급자를 사용하고 있습니다. 라고 나오네요.

제어판을 봐도 백신은 안 깔려있고 보안 공급자에도 웹 보호 공급자 없음 이라고 나와요

사용중인 윈도우 버전은 windows 10 home 1909 입니다.

Uninstall any 3rd party antivirus in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC then run the special uninstaller for the old AV from here.

Restart the PC, then type Security in Start Search, open Windows Defender Settings, there and in Windows Defender Security Center fix anything that's flagged.

If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now.
