윈도우10 로그인 창이 안떠요

Question

윈도우10 부팅을 하고 잠금 화면 사진을 올린 후에

아래 그림과 같이 로그인 화면이 나와야 하는데 로그인 화면이 안나옵니다.

컴퓨터가 다운 된 것은 아닌데 이상태에서 로그인을 할 수가 없습니다.

오른쪽 전원 아이콘을 눌러서 다시시작, 종료를 해도 안되고요.

리셋 버튼을 눌러서 한번 리셋을 하면 로그인 창이 나와서 암호를 적고 정상 작동이 됩니다.

컴퓨터를 한번 껏다가 킬 경우 계속 리셋을 한번 해야 합니다.

• Click on the Power button at the lower-right corner of the Login screen and choose Restart while pressing and holding down the Shift key.
• After booting up the Choose an option screen, click on Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt.
• In the Command Prompt window, type the net user administrator /active:yes command and hit Enter key.
• Exit Command Prompt window and click Continue under Choose an option to reboot your computer in the end.

응답 감사합니다.

net user administrator /active:yes 를 하였는데 해결이 되지 않았습니다.

로그인 화면에서 소프트웨어 다시 시작을 하면 같은 현상이 발생 하며

하드웨에 리셋키로 다시 시작을 하면 로그인이 됩니다.
