Thanks for the response. Sorry it did not fix the issue, Please try to create a new local user account and use it to login in Windows 10. This is to check if your current user account is corrupted. Please see below steps.
To create a local account with administrator control on Windows 10, use these steps:
1.Open Settings.
2.Click on Accounts.
3.Click on Family & other users.
4.Under the "Other users" section, click the Add someone else to this PC option.
5.Click the I don't have this person's sign-in information option.
6.Click the Add a user without a Microsoft account option.
7.Specify a short username for the account. For example, admin.
8.Skip the password setup for now.
9.Click the Next button.
10.Under the "Other users" section, select the new account.
11.Click the Change account type button.
12.Use the "Account type" drop-down menu and select the Administrator option.
13.Click the OK button.
14.Restart device.
15.After restart, login in Windows using the new user.
Once you complete these steps, you can proceed to determine whether the problem is related to your profile.
