윈도우즈 포함된 한성 컴퓨터 제품을 이용하고 있습니다. "윈도우즈 라이센스가 곧 만료됩니다." 라는 문구가 뜯니다.

안녕하세요?

윈도우즈가 포함된 한섬 컴퓨터 (미니슈트 R52 win) 제품을 이용하던 중,

"윈도우즈라이선스가 곧 만료됩니다. 설정에서 정품인증을 받아야 합니다." 이런 문구가 계속 뜹니다.

설정 업데이트 및 복구에서

"활성화: 조직의 정품인증 서비스를 이용하여 정품인증을 받음"

윈도우즈10은 컴퓨터 구입할 때 깔려 있었고,

한성 컴퓨터에 문의하니 제품키는 메인보드에 내장되어 있다 합니다.

(이게 조금은 이해가 안 됩니다.)

다른 하드웨어 교체 한 적은 없습니다.

검색결과

전화로 인증하라는 slui 4 를 이용하라는데,

"전화로 windows 정품 인증을 받을 수 없음

자세한 내용은 시스템 관리자에게 문의하세요"

라고 뜯니다.

검색해서 윈도우즈 정품키를 찾는 법(cmd에서 wmic....)으로 찾은 정품 키를 넣어도 해결 되지 않습니다.

어떻게 해야 하나요.

정말 미칠 것 같습니다..

Just to check, when you bought this PC did it come installed with Windows 10 or are you the ones who installed it?

Kindly check on which type of license that you have on your Windows as based from the message that you are getting is that the key that was used is for an organization or business which is for volume licensing.

To check the type of license, do the following.

• Search for command prompt then right click on it and run it as administrator
• Type this command below and this will display a windows host script dialog and from there you will see on which type of license you have in description

slmgr /dli
