Surface panel filter problem

Question

I think my laptop has a problem in surface panel filter. 

So I cannot control the brightness of laptop.

How can I solve this problem..?

Kindly update or reinstall that Surface Panel Filter, to do this just follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the Surface Panel Filter and select "Update Driver".
2. Next select "Search Automatically..."
3. Restart your computer.

Kindly observe if you can now control your brightness normally and if the error icon in the Surface Panel Filter has gone. If not, kindly proceed to the next solution:

1. Right-click on the Surface Panel Filter and select "Uninstall device".
2. Restart your computer.
