윈도우 10 소프트웨어 라이센스 관해서(About Windows 10 EULA)

KR : Microsoft OS의 EULA 제 5번에 의하면 "귀하는 적법하게 사용권을 부여받았으며 소프트웨어가 정품 제품키 또는 다른 승인 방법을 통해 적절하게 정품 인증된 경우에만 본 소프트웨어를 사용할 수 있습니다."라고 명시되어 있습니다.

이 규정과 함께, MS 커뮤니티의 다소 애매한 답변때문에 "인증되지 않은 상태의 Windows 10 제품(MS 사이트에서 공식적으로 배포하는 ISO를 통해 Windows를 설치하고 인증은 하지 않음)을 사용해도 EULA 위반이 아니다."라고 알고 있는 개인 사용자가 많습니다. 저 역시 이와 관련해 혼란을 겪고 있습니다.

이러한 미인증 사용에 관해 EULA 위반 여부를 명확하게 밝혀주시기 바랍니다.

But, same time, due to MS Community's ambiguous answer, many users know that "It is ok using unauthenticated Windows 10 Product. It is not a violation of EULA" (here, 'Windows 10 Product' means Windows 10 which installed through MS's official ISO)

I'm also confused about this.

Please clarify whether this unauthenticated use is violation the EULA.

If you are using a non-licenced or unactivated version of Windows 10, then that is definitely against the EULA and breaks the licencing agreement, if anyone said otherwise they were wrong
