제가 중고로 노트북을 팔았습니다

해당 노트북에 윈도우10 에듀케이션 라이센스로 정품인증이 되어있었습니다.

노트북에 라이센스를 비활성화 했어야

새로운 노트북에서 해당 라이센스를 사용할수 있을텐데

이미 노트북을 판매하였습니다

해당 라이센스를 회수 할 방법이 있을까요?

Good day! I am Independent Advisor Paul R. and also a Microsoft/Windows user like you and I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you want to retrieve your Windows 10 product key.

The best way to retrieve it is to reach out to the person who bought it as they can give it out to you and you can inform them that you would want to use the same product key to activate it on your and that they will have to get their own product key to be able to use Windows and they can also consider installing a different version like Windows Home.

Kindly take note that if your license was purchased digitally then you should be able to see it as well on you MS account and it was also sent to your email.

If the laptop was also bought with the Windows 10 education already pre-installed then you will be unable to re-use that key not unless it will be activated on the same type of computer.

If it is a retail purchase then you will be able to transfer it as long as you would want.

Once you were able to contact the ones who bought it then you can instruct them to get the product key by doing the following.

Search for command prompt
Right click command prompt and run as administrator
At the command prompt windows, they need to type:

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
