Issue with OneDrive Sync Client Login when Using Squid Proxy on Windows 11 Home

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I encountered with the OneDrive Sync Client on a Windows 11 Home operating system.

Issue Summary: When I configure the Squid Proxy on my Windows 11 Home PC and set it up as a system proxy (localhost:3128), the OneDrive Sync Client fails to log in successfully.

Error Description: Upon attempting to log in to the OneDrive Sync Client, I receive an error message indicating a login failure. The issue is consistently reproducible when the Squid Proxy is configured as the system proxy.

Error Code is 0x80190001

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and configure Squid Proxy on Windows 11 Home, setting it up to use localhost:3128.
2. Configure Squid Proxy as the system proxy for the PC.
3. Attempt to log in to the OneDrive Sync Client.

Expected Behavior: I expect the OneDrive Sync Client to log in successfully and synchronize my files as usual.

Actual Behavior: The OneDrive Sync Client fails to log in, and I encounter a login failure error.

I have a same issue. I am using Fiddler Proxy.
