윈도우 업데이트를 윈도우 방화벽에서 허용하려고 합니다

환경: 윈도우10 PRO 2004빌드

안녕하세요. 윈도우10에서 윈도우 업데이트 관련하여서 문제가 있어서 질문합니다.

기본적으로 사내보안규정상 윈도우의 경우 "규칙과 일치하지 않는 아웃바운드 연결이 차단됩니다."로 아웃바운드 연결에대해서

Default Deny 정책을 구성하여야 합니다. 다만 필요한 몇몇 프로그램은 허용하는 방식으로 하는데

윈도우 업데이트에 대해서는 허용이 되지 않습니다.

일단 wuauserv 서비스에 대해서 허용하고 wuauctl.exe를 추가하였지만 해결되지 않습니다.

어떤 서비스 혹은 프로그램을 방화벽 룰에 추가해야 윈도우 업데이트를 허용할 수 있나요?

Okay Thanks.

I tested on new hyper-v instance.

1. process: svchost.exe with windows update server + process: svchost.exe with BIT service -> is not working
2. only process: svchost.exe -> working

I think it can be possilbe if I add rule with only scvhost.exe  allow some other packet flow

While looking at my tools, you can simply go to the firewall (control panel ->security ->firewall) click on advanced settings on the left. Create inbound/outbound rules. Alternatively, you may be able to just add windows update as an app or feature (option above advanced settings on the left of the firewall screen).

if it didn't work, you probably need to add(in advanced setup): c:\windows\System32\wuauclt.exe and be sure to add the service of "windows update" and if that doesn't work try

Process - %SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe

Services - Windows Update

and(possibly needed)

Remote ports 80, 443

Process - %SystemRoot%\System32\svchost.exe

Service - BITS

Remote Ports 80, 443
