system32 권한 변경

dll파일이 손상되어서 인지 프로그램에 오류가 계속 발생합니다. 그래서 system32 폴더에 대한 권한부여를 한뒤 수정 하려고 하는데 하위 컨테이너와 개체의 소유자 바꾸기를 하면 파일 액세스가 거부됐다면서 안됩니다. 

즉 현재 상황은 권한이 필요해서 소유자를 변경하려는데 권한이 없으면 소유자를 변경 못한다는 겁니다. 현재 모순에 빠져있는데 해결벚이 있을까요?

system32의 폴더에 손 안대는게 좋다는건 이미 알고 있습니다.
