"이더넷의 IP 구성이 올바르지 않습니다"는 어떻게 해결해야 하나요?

수업 도중 데스크탑의 인터넷이 갑자기 꺼졌고, 다시 돌아오지 않고 있습니다.

설정의 네트워크 상태 탭에서 문제 해결을 눌러봤더니 "이더넷의 IP 구성이 올바르지 않습니다." 라고 뜨더군요

검색해서 다음과 같은 방법들을 시도해봤지만 아직도 안되네요

1. 재부팅
2. cmd에서 ipconfig/release 후 ipconfig/renew
3. 드라이버 업데이트
4. 어댑터 설정 변경
5. 설정의 네트워크 상태 탭-네트워크 초기화

이런 방법들을 시도해봤지만 3일째 여전히 인터넷이 돌아오지 않았습니다...

Thanks for letting me know. Please follow these steps -

1. Go to your computer's manufacturer website and download the latest network driver on any other computer. Transfer it on your computer.
2. Then uninstall the network driver completly on your computer by going to device manager, right click on network adapter and click uninstall.
3. Reboot your computer and install the drivers you downloaded.

Try these steps -

click start - search for cmd - right click - run as administrator

Run following commands -

netsh winsock reset

netsh int IP reset
