Alt code not working correctly

Question

Currently using windows 10 laptop, some alt codes are not working

If I use some alt code for example alt 180 ┤should appear but in result ´ appears which is alt 0180

I tried other alt codes too but if the alt code has same alt code with reading zero, the alt code always end up in the one with reading zero.

For example, alt code with reading zero start from alt 0128, I can enter alt 120 and get x which is correct one.

However, if I enter alt 128, it ends up in alt 0128 which is €

Also, I found that alt code with some symbols like alt 1 to alt 32 are not working either

I tried that with num on at that time.

I also did Enablehexnumber string value 1 but still the problem is going on

I just tired to verify but for 180 i get ┤and for 0180 i get ´ so this is only for you so far.

I suggest you make sure num is turned on.

알트 코드 사용하려고 하면 오류가 생깁니다 우선 알트 1부터 알트32 까지는 입력이 안됩니다

그리고 같은 알트코드에 앞자리 0이 포함되있는것이 있으면 0포함 알트코드가 나옵니다

예를들어 알트 128을 누르면 알트 0128 문자가 출력됩니다.

앞자리 0이 있는 알트코드는 0128부터 이므로 알트 120을 입력하면 x 가 제대로 나옵니다

또 예를들어 검은 별 심볼인 알트 9733을 누르면 별대신&가 출력됩니다

다른 문양들도 전부 그 문양대신 & 가 출력됩니다

레지스트리 편집기로  enablehexnumber 1 세팅까지 했는대도 불구하고 계속 오류가 나옵니다
