Hi, 손승현0412. Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you, and I am here to work with you on this issue.
The Taskbar programs sometimes glow orange and flash because they are active or they have some notification.. This design is by default, and the color cannot be changed. It's a way of Windows letting you know that
You can only disable it if you want:
Disable Flashing Taskbar buttons
1)Open the Windows Registry, by typing regedit in Run box.
2)Locate and then click the subkey that holds the registry item or items that you want to change. For this, browse the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
3)Double-click the ForegroundFlashCount entry and change the Value data field to 0. The default is 7 in Hexadecimal.
- Double-click the ForegroundLockTimeout entry and change the Value data field to 0. The default 30d40 in Hexadecimal.
5)Restart the computer.
After having done this, you should no longer see any flashing icon in the taskbar on your Windows 10 computer.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if that works for you, ok?
