평소에 작업표시줄을 자동숨기기 해서 사용하는데 이런 알림이 발생하면 작업표시줄이 화면을 가려 불편합니다.

이 알림이 아예 뜨지않도록 하는 방법이 있나요?

    Here-'s how you can disable Flashing Taskbar buttons:

    1. Open the Windows Registry, by typing regedit in Run box.
    2. Locate and then click the subkey that holds the registry item or items that you want to change. For this, browse the following path:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

    1. Double-click the ForegroundFlashCount entry and change the Value data field to 0. The default is 7 in Hexadecimal.
    2. Double-click the ForegroundLockTimeout entry and change the Value data field to 0. The default 30d40 in Hexadecimal.
    3. Restart the computer.

    After having done this, you should no longer see any flashing icon in the taskbar on your Windows 10 computer.
